Audit logs

Audit logs allow you to track actions performed by Cohere users on your team. Monitor session views, calls, changes to settings, and other types of actions further detailed below.
Example row in the Audit Logs table
User email and IP Address are those of Cohere users on your team, while Session Display Name and Session IP are those of visitors of your site.

Breakdown of actions

Description of action
JOIN_SESSION
Cohere user starts viewing the customer's screen.
LEAVE_SESSION
Cohere user stops viewing the customer's screen.
GRID_VIEW_SESSION
Cohere user views a session in the grid view (the recent sessions section that appears when dashboard loads).
GRID_LEAVE_SESSION
Cohere user stops viewing a session in the grid view (the recent sessions section that appears when dashboard loads).
JOIN_CALL
Cohere user joins a call with a customer.
LEAVE_CALL
Cohere user ends a call with a customer.
REQUEST_ACCESS
Cohere user requests access to multiplayer control customer's screen.
START_CONTROL
Cohere user starts multiplayer control of customer's screen.
STOP_CONTROL
Cohere user stops multiplayer control of customer's screen.
LOGGED_IN
Cohere user logs in to Cohere dashboard.
LOGGED_OUT
Cohere user logs out of the Cohere dashboard.
INVITE_USER
Cohere user invites another user to their team on Cohere.
REMOVE_INVITE
Cohere user removes the generated invite.
REMOVE_USER
Cohere user removes a person from their Cohere team.
CHANGE_SETTINGS
Cohere user changes a team setting.
CHANGE_USER_ROLE
Cohere user changes another user's role.
