Intercom integration
Cohere's Intercom integration allows you to get a direct link to your user's primary active session in the sidebar of the Intercom Inbox.
To install the Intercom integration, go to the Dashboard → Settings → Intercom integration → Add Intercom integration.
In order to use the Intercom integration, you must be on our Pro plan. To learn more, check out our pricing page.
You may need to add the Cohere sidebar app by clicking the "Customize" button inside an Intercom conversation:
And then selecting the Cohere app under "Show More":
Afterwards, the integration will show up in the Conversation details pane, which is located to the right of the conversation in your Intercom Inbox.
